Santa Maria – Golden beaches, geodiversity, and a mild climate.

The first island to be populated, Santa Maria has a distinct identity: a drier climate, redder soils, and distinctly rural traditions. It is the only island with white sand beaches (such as Praia Formosa), and is notable for the geodiversity of Barreiro da Faneca and Pedreira do Campo.
Religious festivals, folk music, and local crafts keep the spirit of Santa Maria alive. It is also an excellent entry point for sun and sea activities with a cultural focus.

São Miguel – The gateway to the Azores and the largest of the islands.

Graciosa – Geological heritage and rural serenity.
